The Amazing Race S21 - Intro For Episode 1 + Places Visting + NEW TWIST

As The Amazing Race always promises its winning formula in surprising it's viewers, the 8 time Emmy Award winning series is back with it's 21st installment.

11 teams will begin the race from the Colorado Street Bridge in California and teams will be tasked to rappel down from a bridge, afterwhich teams will travel to Shanghai, People's Republic of China in it's first episode of the race. Teams will also be forced to participate in the first roadblock of the season, by eating some delicacy, then teams will then proceed to the first pitstop at Shanghai Bund Weather Signal Station.

Oh yes, before the race started, Phil Keoghan, the host of The Amazing Race told the teams that instead of the usual prize money of USD$1 Million for the winning team, in this season first, the prize money is doubled, YES, USD$2 MILLION are up for grabs

In this season, teams will be traveling to 9 different countries, traveling across 25,000 miles and teams will also get to travel to China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Turkey, Russia, Netherlands, Spain, France and finishing the race in the capital of New York, USA.

The season will feature a pair of Beekman Boys, Brent & Josh, Married Monster Truck Drivers, Rob & Kelly and Sri Lankan born female twins Nadiya & Natalie.

The Amazing Race 21 will begin on the 30th September 2012, 8pm, ET
