Join Phil Keoghan and his 11 teams on 20th Feb 2011, as they encircled the globe for 1 million dollars again in this intense "all-star" race.The 11 teams each consists of a sad experience past, with 1 stopped by just to pee when on the way to the pitstop, a team member whose lost passport cost them both a chance of winning the million dollars and their hard earned 1st place finish, another team had a rough time as they had a bad cab driver whom is from "hell", and lastly a team who had a penalty for failing a task involving dozens of ringing phones.
The 11 new teams, comprises 5 from Season 14 are:
1. Ronald & Christina (Asian Father & Daughter team from Season 12) Finished 2nd
2. Kynt & Vyxsin (Dating Goths from Season 12) Finished 5th
3: Margie & Luke (Mother & Son from Season 14) Finished 3rd
4. Amanda & Chris (Engaged Couple from Season 14) Finished 9th
5. Jaime & Cara (Former NFL Cheerleaders from Season 14) Finished 2nd
6. LaKisha 'Kisha' & Jen (Sisters from Season 14) Finished 4th
7. Mel & Mike (Father & Son from Season 14) Finished 6th
8. Zev & Justin (Best Friends from Season 15) Finished 9th
9. Herbert 'Flight Time' & Nat 'Big Easy' (Harlem Globetrotters from Season 15) Finished 4th
10. Jet & Cord (Brothers & Cowboys from Season 16) Finished 2nd
11. Gary & Mallory (Father & Daughter from Season 17) Finished 6th
Teams will begin their race from Palm Springs, California and heads to their first destination in Australia, in order to do that, they must hundreds of paper airplanes for 1 that reads "Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services" for short is QANTAS airlines in San Gorgonio Pass Wind Farm.
Teams will also be visiting Japan, China, India, Austria, Switzerland, Brazil and first time visit to Lichtenstein where teams must measure the length of the principality on mopeds, the Final 3 teams will then race to the end city of Florida. The first team who crosses to the end will win 1 million dollars.
